Wang Xiaoyuan, Chinese ambassador to Costa Rica, Political Counselor, Commercial Counselor and others arrived at our project site for inspecting and instructing on 28 March. During inspecting, Ambassador Wang listened to the report made by Cailin, the project team leader, on technique, goods, construction progress and other information about our project team. He also emphasized that units of design, supervision, and construction must have the emergency preparation for construction work during rainy season forthcoming. Meanwhile, he put forward some valuable opinions and suggestions on shortening the foundation construction period and other challenges. After visiting our temporary dormitory, Ambassador was pleased with its tidiness, beauty, and the layout of construction work. He sincerely hope that the image of China would be well displayed through the construction of temporary dormitory and the stadium, and that Costa Rican government and people would know China better through the construction of the new stadium
