The Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Commerce the other day jointly issued a decision on commending advanced collective units, model workers, advanced personnel in the national commercial circles and an honouring meeting was held ceremoniously in the People’s Great Hall in Beijing, in which the honouray titles of advanced collective units in the national commercial circles were awarded to our company and other 300 organizations, in the meantime a group of model workers and advanced personnel in the national commercial circles were cited. Wu Yi, vice premier of the State Council and other leaders from the Ministry of Personnel / the Ministry of Commerce attended the meeting and issued certificates of award and medals to those delegating the units that won the honourary titles as well as individual title winners.
Mr. Chen Deming, Minister of Commerce pointed out in the honouring meeting that the purpose of citing advanced collective units /individuals in the commercial circles is to set good examples and models of the commercial circles, aiming at stimulating the spirit and drive of entire personnel in these circles for deploitation and selfless dedication so as to make contributions with our youth and strength for the development of commercial cause and for all-around construction of well-to-do society, as well as for harmony of socialism. The minister Chen Deming also hoped that the cited organizations and comrades could cherish the honour and continue to exert themslves for achieving accomplishments once again.
