【The Newspaper News】Officially held on 15th February in the Golden Peacock Spa Tourism Resort, the entire staff training & planned work meeting for 2008 has lasted for 3 days and smoothly completed all the tasks listed in the agenda and sucessfully ended in the afternoon of 17th Feb in the atmosphere of tension,liveliness,solemnness and lifelikeness.
The main task of this entire staff trainning and planned work meeting is to review achievements, experiences as well as current issues existing in our work, aiming at making clear our goal/ mission for the new year so that the entire staff would foster lofty aspirations, thoroughly implement “zero defect” management, ensure to eliminate the phenomenon of “strategy clear, tactics turbulence” in the course of development, firmly grasp the opportunity and be ready to make greater contributions for “excellent & rapid ”growth of the Company’s various causes
People present in this training and meeting include whole staff from the company headquarters, personnel at section head level from domestic branch offices and responsible persons from overseas commanding offices, the total number of staff present the activities exceeds 390.
At 5:00 am of the early morning of 15th February, when people had not waken up from sleep, the company’s entire staff high-spiritedly and vigorously plunged into the training and meeting activities, accompanying the song of Anhui Foreign Economic Construction. Firstly president Jiang Qing De made a inspiring mobilisation report. In his report, he briefly reviewed the company’s developing course and stressed that the entire staff employees are masters of the company and “bosses” in the real meaning, and they are pathbreakers. Today’s accomplishments could not have been achieved without our staff, the enterprise belongs to everybody, the achievements fully proved our selfless dedication and the spirits of advancing with the era, exploiting and innovation. The company’s first time pioneering stage is to survive prior to development, i.e. “feeding the mouths of the whole family”, the second stage is to lay foundation for development, especially in the year of 2007 when great accomplishments were achieved, and foundation was laid for high speed growth on the basis of experiences, talents and economy, now we’ve come to the third stage of development in a non-conventional and leaping forward way. He called for us to get ready for the challenge in the third stage. Having a feeling of stress and pressure, everyone shall perform his own duty and go all out to make our company prosperous in the third leaping forward stage, let’s hurry up.
Tian Shi Yue, administrative vice president, Zhou Chang Han, vice president, on behalf of leading group, made sum-up reports titled eulogizing illustrious accomplishment over the past 15 years and working hard to make new achievements again, and report on company’s work plan in 2008 respectively. In their reports they expatiated accomplishments in 5 aspects, experiences in 7 aspects since the incorporation of the company as well as 7 issues existing in our current management work, and made clear the company’s goal for this current year and stressed on 12 key works and basic requirements.Combining themselves, concerned vice presidents and responsible persons in both domestic and overseas subsidiary companies made speeches subsequently, they shared their experiences, feelings as well as measures to be taken and expressed their attitude and confidence in fulfiling this year’s goal.
Hu Sheng Chun, company’s advisor, Zhou Chang Han, vice president gave topic lectures, titled constructing harmonious enterprise,facilitating faster and better development of foreign economic cause, and be loyal to the foreign economic cause and develop together with the company respectively. The entire staff were encouraged to work hard for harmonious enterprise and be loyal to the company’s cause and be aware of risks. In the meeting activities such as commending advanced individuals, entering into contract of target responsibility were also held, and newly appointed middle-level cadres were declared.
In his sum up report given in the afternoon of 17th February, having been deeply pleased at this training and meeting in which our aim is achieved, Mr. Jiang, president of the company put forward 8 hopes and requirements. He reiterated once again that as long as everybody unites together, grasp opportunity, make contributions and try in his ordinary post to make unordinary achievements, it would be certain that our company’s grand goal will be realized.
