Anhui Foreign Economic Construction (Group) Co. Ltd (hereinafter called as AFECC) is a large-scale comprehensive enterprise which mainly undertakes national and international engineering contracting, architecture design, port and dock construction, real estate development, international labor cooperation, international trade, chain supermarkets, hotels, spa resort and etc. It owns the qualifications of Grade One of General Civil Engineering Contracting, Grade One of General Mechanical and Electrical Installation Engineering Contracting, Grade One Decoration and Finishing, Grade Two of General Road Construction and etc. and has obtained the authentification of ISO Quality Management System, Environmental Management System and Professional Healthy & Safe Management System as well.

AFECC has abided by national “Going-out” strategy to develop foreign markets since its establishment in 1992. It has set up its branches in 14 countries in Africa, Asia, Europe, Caribbean and South Pacific successively and completed tens of large-medium projects aided by Chinese government and numbers of international contracting projects, among them there are representative projects such as Gymnasium, Ampitabe-Vatomandry Road, and International Conference Centre and 5 Stars Hotel in Madagascar, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Conference Centre, National Stadium and Maputo International Airport in Mozambique,  Togo Stadium, Mauritanian Presidential Palace, Uganda Foreign Affairs Ministry, Ghana Camp Houses for Military Police, Morocco Swimming Natatorium, Samoa Aquatic Centre, Ethiopian Professional Education College, Grenada National Stadium and Myanmar Conference Centre and so on.

In the meantime, AFECC also undertook more than ten buildings of Chinese embassies and economic & commercial offices to Belgium, France, Madagascar, Togo, the Seychelles, Kenya, Mozambique, Zimbabwe and Surinam.  In addition, AFECC invested and completed Chinese Investment and Development Promotion Center in Mozambique and a 3 star Hotel in Grenada by itself. Moreover it is contracting some local famous engineering projects such as Grand harbor & Bacolet Bay Resorts in Grenada and Four Seasons Hotel & High-level Residence in Barbados.

Up to now, all the projects AFECC completed were evaluated as Excellent Works and highly praised by local government and people as well as fully affirmed by Chinese national leaders, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Anhui Provincial Communist Party Committee, Anhui Provincial Government and etc. All these have made greater contribution to deepen foreign relationship and set up well foreign image for Chinese enterprises.

In addition, AFECC also has achieved outstanding effects in international labor cooperation. Over 10,000 labors were dispatched to Trinidad and Tobago, Korea, Singapore, and Mauritius and so on. Now it is one of the top classes in Anhui in this field.

AFECC invested and developed domestically a 3-star tourist hotel-------AFECC Hotel, a national 4A grade scenery area and a 4-star hotel in Tangchi, Lujiang County------ Golden Peacock Spa Resort by itself.
